During COVID-19, it was quite a challenge to find contractors and vendors to complete all the required work. Once we had a team of workers, we scheduled as tightly as possible to reach our listing goal date of September 1st. Susan helped us navigate the renovation process, met with vendors and staging, and made several trips to warehouses and stores to choose materials and other items needed. She went above and beyond what is required and expected from a listing agent. She worked tirelessly to ensure that all the work was done professionally and on time.
